All of our construction projects always start with an in depth planning process. This helps us to identify any issues we may come up against, get planning drawings produced and also get an idea of budget and material costs.
Once the planning has all been approved we are ready to crack on!
If we are building a ground floor or two storey extension, there is a lot of work involved in relation to ground works, this will involve digging deep enough trenches to accomodate required foundations for a solid structure, there are usually inspections by the local authority carried out. This is quite normal and nothing to be concerned about.
Once the inital stage is completed the main construction up to roof level can take place relatively quickly, then once weather-tight we can proceed with the internal works, which usually comprises; plumbing, electrics, boarding and plastering.
We can also install complete kitchens, bathrooms and all decoration!
