Once the plan is in place we initially remove any old ceilings, walls and kitchen units to be disposed of. With a blank canvas, we work with you and the plans to add power, plumbing and lighting to new positions prior to boarding and skimming a fresh new coat of plaster on all walls and ceilings.
Then it’s a case of laying new flooring, painting up and installation of new units and appliances.
